WELCOME
Before check-in, all guests must provide the following information in order to officially register you:
- Full name
- ID number / Passport / NIE (except for children under 14 years of age)
- Date of birth
- Nationality
- Address with postal code
- Email address or phone number
- Kinship relationship (minors)
- Arrival time and departure time
Check-in: from 4pm (key lockbox)) - Check-out: until 6pm.
CONDITIONS OF USE

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 babies/toddlers.

No additional guests beyond those listed in the contract are allowed.

Pets are welcome, except dangerous breeds. There is a garden in the back yard where dogs can run freely. Outside that area all dogs must be kept on leash.

All the areas and rooms in the house can be used. However, you can not enter the neighbours' garden or fields or the old cottage nearby.

You cannot make any noise outside the house during the week between 11pm and 8am.

The house can not be rented for parties or celebrations.

Lighting a fire outside the house is totally forbidden. Should you want to have a barbecue, you must tell us a few days in advance.

Smoking is only permitted outside. Smoking inside the house is totally forbidden.

Fireworks and firecrackers are not allowed, not even on Saint John's eve.

The central heating can be put up to 23 ºC during the cold season. We recommend you to leave it at up to 15ªC during the night and at 21ºC during the day.

We suggest recycling: you will find several recycling bins under the sink.

During the stay, the parents will be responsible for the minor children at all times. The hosts are not responsible in case of accident.

When making the reservation, guests have to leave a € 300- deposit against damage or theft. This amount will be returned in full within 7 calendar days from the day of check-out, by bank transfer, provided there is no damage or theft of objects once the house has been cleaned and revised to accommodate the following guests . Otherwise the cost that this entails will be deducted from this deposit. In the event that the cost exceeds the amount of the deposit, the difference will be claimed from the guests. In the event that there is no response from the guests, the hosts could take legal action against them.

Guests must provide their personal information (full name, ID or passport number and date of birth) before check-in.

In the event that the guests do not comply with the conditions of use mentioned above, the hosts reserve the right to ask the guests to leave the house, even if the reserved days have not been consumed.
